The short answer
You can hire a whole meeting room in Singapore by the hour, with no membership, credits or per-person pass. White Pixies Studio suits 4 to 15 around one table, with a projector (AirPlay and HDMI), a TV and WiFi, for $40/hr Monday to Thursday and $50/hr Friday to Sunday, public holidays and eves. For a bigger group or a breakout, The Loft seats 10 at its main table and 8 at a second table upstairs, from $59/hr on a Monday. Aphyx Studio takes up to 30 from $49/hr. There is no receptionist, printing or coffee service, so bring what you need.
Search for a meeting room in Singapore and page one is mostly co-working brands and venue marketplaces, where many rooms come with a membership, credits or a day pass. The other way is to book a whole room by the hour and have it to yourselves. The bill is the rate times the hours, however many turn up.
If your group will sit in rows facing a screen for a talk, read our seminar room rental guide instead. This page is for one group around one table: a workshop, a planning day, an interview panel, a client pitch or an offsite.

It picks the room and prices the whole session.
Set the 2m table and the 1.2m foldable table end to end and all 8 get a laptop space at one long table. No breakout needed, so the smaller room is the cheaper fit.
Rates from the published rate cards. The refundable deposits ($100 White Pixies, $200 The Loft) are not included. Public holiday and eve rates are higher.
How many people fit around the table?
The furniture list tells you more than the capacity figure. At White Pixies, put the 2m table and the 1.2m foldable table end to end for one table about 3.2m long. At roughly 60cm of edge per laptop, that is five a side plus one at each end: about 12 in comfort. The 15 chairs set the hard cap, with the last few at the corners.
At The Loft, the 240cm table on Level 1 takes its 10 dining chairs. Level 2 has a 220cm table with 8 chairs, and that is the useful part. When the agenda says "split into two groups", one group goes upstairs to its own table on its own floor. A single meeting room cannot give you that.
When is The Loft the better choice?
Pick The Loft for more than 15 people, for breakouts, or for a day that ends with drinks: White Pixies does not allow alcohol, and The Loft does. The 85 inch Smart TV takes HDMI, and the kitchen has a kettle and a fridge. It is minutes from Bendemeer MRT, with street parking and nearby carpark lots.
Be realistic past 15, though. The biggest table there seats 10, so 18 people works as 10 downstairs and 8 upstairs, not as one board table. For 20 around a single table, a dedicated boardroom is the better booking.
Aphyx Studio at 65 Ubi Road 1 is the other option past 15. It takes up to 30 over a main floor and a mezzanine, from $49/hr on a Monday, with an 85 inch TV, an HDMI cable, WiFi and a kitchen with a kettle. Its table and chair counts are not published, so ask the team before you plan a seated session.
What does the room include, and what is missing?
White Pixies is on the fifth floor of Halcyon 2 on Jalan Pemimpin, with a cargo lift and seasonal parking. The projector takes AirPlay and HDMI, so slides go up from a phone or a laptop, and there is a TV, speakers, WiFi and aircon. Sheer curtains soften the light from a wall of windows.
Now the gaps, because a meeting feels them. None of our rooms has a receptionist or printing, and no whiteboard is listed, so print handouts first and bring a flip chart if you need one. There is no coffee or tea service: bring your own, or order a tea reception from the catering partners on our add-ons page. Outside food and order-in catering are fine; at White Pixies, keep food off the sofa area.
Shoes come off at all of them, so say so in the invite. At White Pixies the toilets are in the building, not inside the studio.
Can you start early or finish late?
Yes. Both rooms have 24 hour access, so a 7am start or an interview panel that runs late is fine. Book the hours you need, though: at The Loft, early entry or leaving late without approval is billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate, and the date and timing cannot change within a week of the meeting.
