Grow With Our Bookings

All In One (BGL) runs private event spaces in Singapore, booked by the hour for birthdays, team events and get-togethers. You can partner with us by adding something to those bookings, or by bringing a space of your own.

Add-Ons

Sell workshops, food and other add-ons

Offer your workshop, catering, entertainment or anything else guests would enjoy, right where they book their room.

  • You set the price and the rulesYour packages, your prices, the notice you need, group sizes and the days you can do.
  • Guests add it when they bookIt goes on the same checkout as the room and is confirmed once paid, as long as your rules are met. You hear about every order by email and in your partner portal.
  • We collect, you get paidBGL keeps a 20% commission by default and pays you the rest every month, after the event. You don't need to take payments yourself.

Spaces

List your space

Have a studio, lounge or room that suits private events? Bring it to BGL and we'll run the bookings for you.

  • Tell us about your spaceAddress, capacity, size, photos, opening hours and the weekday and weekend rates you have in mind.
  • We run the bookingsBGL takes the bookings and payments, coordinates the cleaning and looks after your guests.
  • You keep the larger shareYou receive 80% of each booking by default, paid monthly. The split is agreed with you before your space goes live.

How It Works

Four Simple Steps

    Sign up

    Create your partner account on app.bgl.asia with Google or an email address, then tell us about your business.

  2. 2

    Add your details

    Add your packages, prices and photos, or the details of your space and the rates you have in mind, then send them to us.

  3. 3

    We review and switch you on

    Our team checks everything, asks for changes if anything needs them, and sets you live once your payout details are in.

  4. 4

    We collect and pay you monthly

    Guests pay BGL when they book. We keep our share and pay you the rest each month, with a statement.

Partner FAQ

Businesses that offer something guests would enjoy at a private event in Singapore, such as workshops, food, entertainment or other add-ons, and owners or operators of a space that suits private events. Our team reviews every sign-up, and nothing goes on sale until we have checked it with you.

Add-ons: BGL keeps a 20% commission by default on each sale and you keep the rest. The payment processing fee comes out of our share.

Spaces: you receive 80% of each booking by default and BGL keeps 20% for running the bookings, payments, cleaning coordination and customer care. The split is agreed for each space before it goes live.

Monthly. For add-ons, each order is marked complete after the event, and every month we pay you for the previous month's events by PayNow or bank transfer, with a statement by email. Earnings from a space are paid monthly too.

Add-ons: yes. You set your packages and the price guests pay, and we review each listing before it goes live.

Spaces: you suggest weekday and weekend hourly rates when you send in your space, and we agree the final rates with you before it goes on sale.

Yes. Choose both when you sign up and manage everything from the same partner account.
