The short answer

At The Loft you hire the whole 1,700 sqft floor by the hour: $59/hr Monday, $69/hr Tuesday to Thursday, $99/hr Friday to Sunday, plus a $200 refundable deposit. Nothing is billed per delegate and there is no membership. Level 1 seats roughly 30 in rows. The listed display is an 85 inch Smart TV, with a ceiling projector in the room as well.

Two options usually make the shortlist for a training session. Hotel function rooms sell a delegate rate, priced per person, with a floor of 20 or 25 delegates whether or not that many turn up. Co-working rooms look cheaper by the hour until you hit the membership or the credit allowance, and they are rarely big.

Hiring the whole room by the hour sits between them: the rate times the hours, unmoved when three people drop out on the morning.

Where the per-head maths turns over

A private room in Singapore rents at roughly $40 to $150 an hour in 2026. The Loft steps by day: $59/hr Monday, $69/hr Tuesday to Thursday, $99/hr Friday to Sunday, $119/hr on public holidays and eves. A 4 hour Tuesday session lands under $280 for the room, whatever the headcount.

A delegate rate works the other way. It scales with people, so a 12-person session often gets billed as 20. The trade is real: that rate usually bundles lunch, coffee breaks and AV, while an hourly room is the room.

How many people really fit for a talk

Published capacity assumes people standing and moving. A seminar needs everyone facing one direction with somewhere to rest a notebook, which eats more floor. Level 1 at The Loft carries 20 stackable chairs and 10 dining chairs, so about 30 seated in rows is the honest ceiling for a presentation. The two six-seater sofas at the back push it to the published 40 if the last arrivals do not mind soft seating.

Level 2 has a 220cm table with 8 chairs. Useful for breakouts after the main session, less so as overflow during it, since anyone up there cannot see the screen downstairs.

What the room comes with, and what to confirm

Included. An 85 inch Smart TV with HDMI, speakers, WiFi, aircon, a kitchen with oven and kettle, an in-house toilet with shower, and 24 hour access so an evening class is not squeezed by a curfew. Food and drink are bring-your-own with no corkage.

Worth confirming. The AV we list for The Loft is the 85 inch Smart TV. A ceiling projector is mounted in the main room too, but because it sits outside the standard listing, ask the team to confirm it for your date rather than assuming it. White Pixies Studio has its own projector in a 500 sqft room capped at 15, which suits a small workshop and not a seminar. AnyBirdie is a golf lounge at 15 pax and was never built for rows of chairs.

One thing the team flags on every training enquiry: The Loft is a shoes-off room, with a taped line at the entrance where footwear stops. Trainers standing for three hours tend to bring proper socks, and we tell corporate bookers to put a line in the calendar invite so nobody arrives in dress shoes expecting otherwise.
