Yes, you are allowed to order/bring your own food and drinks! We currently do not provide catering, but you can check out our Add-Ons for catering partners.

We allow a maximum of 15 minutes setup time and teardown time before and after your event. (Strictly only for setting up and tearing down — misuse of this time will be subject to additional charges). If additional time is required, we recommend booking the extra hours!

We have scheduled cleaners before and after every event to ensure the place is ready for the next booking. Please help us stick to your booking timings.

An instructions manual is provided in the event space with regards to operating the facilities available, as well as quick fixes for commonly faced problems.

24/7 online hotline assistance will also be provided in case of technical difficulties. Call us if you are lonely as well — that is fine.

Yes, do let us know 1 hour in advance before your booking ends. Extension should be approved by us and payment upfront is required before you are allowed to further your stay in the venue.
