Pick a venue, a date and a time slot. You will see the exact hourly rate, the deposit and your total — no waiting, no hidden fees.
All three venues take bookings around the clock, any day of the year. A 2:00 AM start is as bookable as a 2:00 PM one.
A booking must be fully paid and confirmed no later than two days before your date, so the earliest you can pick right now is —. The date picker will not offer anything sooner.
Slots are first come, first served on payment. Asking about a date does not reserve it — it stays open until someone pays, and that can be someone else.
Bookings run in hour blocks with a three-hour minimum — 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, say. Any hour of the day or night, but never a half hour.
No corkage, no service charge, no cleaning fee and no minimum spend. The rate and the deposit are the whole bill.
The security deposit is fully refundable after your booking, provided the space is left as you found it.
A quote is the price, not a booking. Send it over on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability for your date, usually within the hour.
Your venue, date and time arrive already written into the message — nothing to retype.
Company claim, school or reimbursement — an invoice is no problem. We just need your booking details in writing before we can raise one, and everything after that happens on WhatsApp.
It captures the venue, date, time slot and your billing details. We cannot generate an invoice without it — a quote on its own is not enough.
It comes back to you on WhatsApp, with the venue hire and the refundable deposit itemised exactly as they appear in your quote.
The date is only yours once the invoice is settled in full, and that has to be at least two days before your event.
Gazetted public holidays are charged at the holiday rate, including the Monday in lieu when a holiday falls on a Sunday. AnyBirdie is a flat rate every day of the year.
