We allow a maximum of 15 minutes set up time and tear down time before and after your event. (Strictly only for setting up and tearing down, misuse of this time will subject to additional charges). If additional time is required, we recommend booking the extra hours!
We seek your understanding that we have scheduled cleaners before and after every event to ensure that the place is ready for the next booking. Do assist us to stick to your booking timings.
An instructions manual is provided in the event space with regards to operating the facilities available as well as quick fixes for commonly faced problems.
24/7 Online hotline assistance will also be provided in the case of technical or difficulties. Call us if you are lonely as well that is fine.
